Chef Bobby Flay Takes on Pitmaster Ed Mitchell at Haywood Hall

Today was a big day at Haywood Hall as we hosted a showdown between our local Pitmaster Ed Mitchell and Food Network’s Chef Bobby Flay.  No one knew we were involved in a filming of Throwdown with Bobby Flay until Bobby arrived to challenge Ed.  Of course we can’t tell you who won (The episode will air in May.), but we can say that all of our guests were treated to some incredible ribs.

Ed and Bobby were both gracious and more than willing to pose for photographs.
